I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Henriquez and Mr. Camacho on the major renovation of two of our properties in 2011. I highly recommend without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovations, Arq Builders were consummate professionals. Arq was accurate in their initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. Home rehab and sale is my company’s business, and they understood how much the projects meant to us. They respected our concerns as investors and worked to bring projects in at budgets that made sense. We work with banks and private lenders to fund our projects. Arq proved to be outstanding at explaining the work that was done to our lenders. Our jobs were done with care and precision. Further, Arq excels at understanding local ordinance and preparing presentations for zoning approval. Both of our projects required hearings, permits, stamped plans, and historic review. Arq performed in ways that surpassed my expectations and were complimented by the local zoning and review board for how strong their presentations and plans were. In addition, Arq is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. They never left the worksite in disarray, so that we could show or inspect it at any time. I have had the privilege of seeing how they work at other sites, beyond our own. I can tell you that they put together beautiful properties that are instantly marketable.
